A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

If a guest cancels a booking:
Cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of any sums paid;
Cancellations made between 30 and 90 days before arrival will forfeit the initial 50% deposit paid at the time of booking;
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable and the full booking value remains payable.
