Wild Galloway is home to just two architect-designed cabins, Bramble and Bracken, set apart from one another on our family farm in southwest Scotland.

Each has its own corner of the Galloway landscape, with space, privacy and countryside all around. Designed for two, they’re places to slow down, switch off and experience one of Scotland’s most overlooked corners at your own pace.

Small, carefully designed and properly comfortable, each cabin has everything you need for a few days away: a full kitchen, wood-burning stove, underfloor heating and superfast broadband.

Outside, your own copper bath and rainfall shower make the most of the setting, while a fire pit and Kamado grill are there for long evenings outdoors. When it’s time to head inside, lower the screen for Cinema Mode — or take the cabin telescope outside and see what Galloway’s dark skies have to offer.

Galloway remains one of Scotland’s least discovered landscapes — a place of ancient woodland, quiet beaches, rolling farmland and some of the darkest skies in the country.

There’s plenty here to explore, but part of Galloway’s appeal is how little you have to do. Roads are quieter, beaches have space, and the landscape still feels remarkably untouched. It’s a part of Scotland that many people pass by. We think that’s precisely what makes it so special.
